    i had the shredded chicken and al pastor tacos and they were very good. the verde salsa they use on the pollo was excellent and i don't like verde salsa. i also has a fish tostada and it was pretty good, but not as good as the tacos. they also have lengua, tripa and buche, but i don't eat those. they also have pozole soup. i wanted to get a review in bc the food is definitely much better than their average 3 star rating. it is good enough for me to come back for their tacos. the outdoor sign says taqueria el picoso, not el picoso restaurant.

    for reference, i like this better than tacos el gavilan and super gallito. maybe as much as king taco, but not as much as leo's taco truck on venice.

    recommended.

    Not the best customer service. Sometimes when you call they either don't answer the phone, pick up and immediately hang up or leave the phone "off the hook" so any callers get a busy signal. Food is good. I usually get the carne asada burrito, carne asada tacos or al pastor tacos

    My first time here!!! I've heard from several people it's a hidden jam! The super burrito is no joke!!! Look at the size!! Its full & good!! My choice of meat was Lengue it is good tender & flavorful!!! Prices are decent this burrito was $10.34 after tax which is good!!! Other places charge u $8 for a smaller burrito. I will be back to try the nachos & tacos!!! Staff is friendly & fast!!!

    Used to love this place but have notice the food and service has gone down.
    My husband was hungry so decided to get a torta today and was beyond disappointed. It was cold and had nothing it in. Save your money and don't bother.

    Customer service isn't the best, got the order wrong for us and other people as well. Got 3 Al Pastor & 1 Asada. Very disappointed, the al pastor had more gordo then actual meat. The Asada had no taste and a weird texture, sorry to say I spit it out.
